In this treatment herbal oil, medicated milk or buttermilk or herbal tea is poured in a steady stream on the forehead for 30 to 45 minutes followed by a gentle scalp rub. It is an amazing effective treatment for balancing the doshas. It helps relax your body and mind, balancing the Prana energy around the head.
